Our Credibility

The experience behind GCH, and exactly how it reaches your project.

Most outsourcing partners show you a wall of logos and ask you to trust the pattern. We'd rather show you the mechanism: real, individually earned experience from regulated and high-stakes industries, separated clearly from GCH's own client work, and a delivery model that shows exactly how that expertise reaches your project.

Expert experience

The bench: experience our people bring in

Before someone joins a GCH delivery team, they've already solved problems like yours somewhere else. Here's what that looks like, credited accurately.

Financial Services & German Accounting (DATEV)

Running the Monthly Books for 40+ German Businesses

Background

German bookkeeping runs on its own standard: DATEV as the system of record, SKR03 or SKR04 charts of accounts, VAT keys that vary by transaction type, and open-item (OPOS) discipline most outsourced finance teams outside Germany aren't built to handle.

Contribution

A finance operations lead on GCH's bench built a dedicated DATEV bookkeeping practice covering the full monthly cycle, structured around correct SKR03/SKR04 mapping from the first entry.

Outcome

40+ active German clients across GmbH, GbR, and Einzelunternehmer entities in 10+ industries now run monthly close through this practice, with OPOS management keeping open items current rather than backlogged.

What this experience creates

Experience is a story. Expertise is what you can reuse.

A single project teaches someone what worked once. Repeated exposure across regulated, high-stakes, and operationally strict environments teaches something more durable: which risks are predictable, which shortcuts always cost more later, and which decisions need to be made before a client feels the consequence of skipping them. That's what GCH staffs against.

Regulated-industry compliance engineering

Healthcare and government systems don't tolerate retrofitted security. Building for them teaches a discipline that carries into any engagement with compliance exposure: hardening built into the work, not bolted on before launch.

Legacy-to-modern platform migration

Rebuilding a legacy system into a modern platform without breaking the business that depends on it is a distinct skill: reading undocumented behavior as intent, not accident, and sequencing the cutover so operations never stop.

High-availability production systems

Sustaining uptime under real production load comes from having already been paged when it didn't hold. That experience shapes how systems get architected from the start: fallback layers and monitoring built in before they're needed.

Country-specific financial & regulatory operations

Some operational standards can't be approximated. German bookkeeping under DATEV, SKR03/SKR04, and OPOS discipline is either done to the local standard or it creates rework and compliance exposure for the client.

Multi-tenant & two-sided marketplace architecture

Platforms serving two distinct user groups, tenants and landlords, retail and hospitality operations, need permission models built for that asymmetry from day one, or it shows up months later as features that don't fit the data model.

How we match expertise to your problem

We staff against your risk, not your job title.

A request for “a React developer” and a request for “someone who can rebuild a regulated platform without downtime” can describe the same project. We scope for the second one.

01

Technical & operational discovery

We map what you're actually building or fixing: the stack, the constraints, the parts of the system that can't afford to break, and the ones that can wait.

02

Domain-risk assessment

We identify what kind of problem this really is beneath the tech stack, compliance exposure, legacy migration risk, uptime sensitivity, a jurisdiction-specific standard, or a two-sided product model, since that's what determines which expertise actually applies.

03

Capability matching

We match your project against the capability domains our bench has built real judgment in, not just the technologies listed on someone's profile.

04

Scoped proposal

You get a delivery plan naming the expertise being assigned and why it fits your specific risk profile, not a generic team-augmentation pitch.

How expertise reaches your team

From matched expertise to your delivery team

A capability match is only useful once it's actually on your team. Here's what happens after intake, before a single line of code touches your system.

Step 01

Named, not pooled

You know who is being assigned and what they've built before, not an anonymous resource pulled from a general pool.

Step 02

Onboarded against your system, not a template

Before writing code, the assigned expertise is onboarded to your actual architecture, constraints, and delivery cadence, using the same discovery findings from the intake process.

Step 03

Accountable through one delivery lead

Engagements run through a single point of accountability at GCH, so technical judgment and client communication stay coordinated instead of scattered across individual contributors.

Step 04

Reviewed against the outcome you scoped for

Progress gets measured against the risk and outcome identified during intake, not just ticket velocity, so the expertise you were matched with stays accountable to the reason you needed it.

Go2Sweden, Relocation & Immigration Services

Migrating a Multilingual Corporate Website to a Modern Framework

The challenge

Go2Sweden's website ran on WordPress with over 130 pages across multiple languages, built on a legacy custom plugin architecture from a previous agency. The client needed a faster, more maintainable platform without losing years of accumulated content, structure, or search visibility.

The approach

GCH rebuilt the site on Next.js, migrating all multilingual content, page structures, and SEO signals from the legacy WordPress export. Using crawl data and Search Console history to preserve existing search performance, GCH reconstructed the content architecture in the new framework while working within the constraints of the client's limited platform access.

The result

A modern, high-performance website that retains the full multilingual footprint and SEO equity of the original platform, giving Go2Sweden a scalable foundation to build on, including plans for a future client CRM integration.

FSIDK, Family Reunification Denmark

Building a Full-Stack Web Platform from the Ground Up

The challenge

FSIDK needed more than a static informational website. The organization required a fully functioning web application with its own backend and database to support a bilingual (English/Danish) audience, along with reliable hosting and domain infrastructure for its public-facing services.

The approach

GCH developed the platform on Next.js with a Prisma/MySQL backend, structuring multilingual support at the application level rather than relying on static translated pages. Beyond development, GCH handled domain configuration, SSL, and deployment on a managed hosting environment, along with a structured content and legal-compliance review.

The result

A fully operational, bilingual web application backed by a stable server and database layer, deployed with proper domain and security configuration, giving FSIDK a professional, production-ready platform rather than a static brochure site.
